Being a foundation contractor, UEF offers a complete enabling works package for all types of building projects. In addition to the excavation work itself, enabling activities include shoring for deep excavations and dewatering. Deep foundations may or may not be included in the process. The primary contractor will be given a ready-to-build site for the basements and superstructure.

EARLY PACKAGE
An early enabling package enables the customer to begin building work on-site while tendering the main package, which can be a time-consuming procedure. The site is promptly handed over to the primary contractor after the enabling package is completed.
